Today was definitely a work day. I worked on updating my resume and my LinkedIn profiles. They still need a bit of work, but starting is always the hardest part, right? I then did some research per my Aunt’s advice to look at different European companies that do business in Mexico, to at least start getting an idea of any potential employment opportunities that in the long run could lead me to Europe.
I also began reading the book Marisa gave to me to read. I decided that I will read it outloud and write down every word I didn’t know, which then led to me setting up my sketchbook so that I could have a space to write down all the words in Spanish that I don’t know and write the word in English. Needless to say it took me quite a while to read even a little bit. But alas, all good things take time.
I then let myself have an art time break and brought out my new pens! And I was able to catch up with some friends on the phone.
